Returns, Cancellations and Refunds
Capsule and modular houses are large project products that may be manufactured or configured for a specific buyer. The signed quotation, specification and sales contract for each order define the final rights, costs and timetable.
Before placing an order
Confirm the model, quantity, dimensions, layout, finishes, equipment, destination, shipping scope and applicable local requirements before payment. Reference prices exclude freight, import charges, foundations, lifting, utilities and local installation unless the written quotation includes them.
Order changes and cancellation
Contact HAOZAILAI immediately if an order must change or be cancelled. Approval depends on the production stage, custom work completed, materials already committed and shipping arrangements. No change or cancellation is effective until confirmed in writing by HAOZAILAI.
Returns
Do not ship or return a capsule or modular house without written return authorisation. Because units are large, project-configured products, return eligibility and return transport responsibility are assessed under the signed contract and applicable law. Custom-manufactured work may not be returnable once production has started except where required by law or expressly approved in writing.
Transit damage, shortages and non-conformity
Inspect the packaging and unit at delivery. Record visible damage or shortages on the delivery documentation, take clear photographs and contact HAOZAILAI promptly. Keep the packaging and supporting documents when they may be needed for a carrier, insurer or product claim.
Approved refunds
If a cancellation, return or claim is approved, the written confirmation will state the approved amount, any documented deductions, the receiving method and the processing timetable. Refunds are not promised until the relevant order documents, payment record and claim evidence have been reviewed.
