Commercial, Shipping, Cancellation and Order Terms
This page explains the general process for international capsule, modular, wood and foldable house orders. The signed quotation, product specification and contract for a specific project take priority.
Reference prices and final quotation
Online prices are reference product prices. Unless a signed quotation states otherwise, they exclude international freight, insurance, import duty, tax, permits, foundations, crane work, site utilities, installation labour and local professional services. The final quotation identifies the model, quantity, configuration, trade term, destination and validity period.
Order confirmation and production
Production starts only after the technical specification, drawings where applicable, contract and required payment stage are confirmed. Custom finishes, layouts, equipment and destination engineering must be written into the signed project documents.
Shipping and delivery
Shipping is calculated for each destination, order quantity, packing method and agreed Incoterm. Estimated transport schedules can change because of carrier availability, ports, customs, weather and site access. Buyers must confirm the delivery address, unloading route, crane conditions and import documentation responsibilities.
Inspection, damage and shortages
Inspection and acceptance procedures are stated in the project contract. Visible transit damage or shortages should be photographed and recorded promptly on delivery documents, with packaging retained where required for a carrier or insurance claim.
Changes, cancellation and returns
These buildings are manufactured or configured for a project. Change, cancellation and return rights depend on the production stage, custom work already completed, committed materials, shipping status and applicable law. Any approved refund or deduction is calculated under the signed contract; do not return a unit without written authorization.

The applicable warranty duration, covered components, exclusions, claim evidence and remedy are specified in the final contract. Consumables, misuse, unauthorized modification, site works and damage caused by unsuitable foundations, lifting, utilities or local installation are handled according to that written scope.
Permits and local compliance
The buyer must verify land use, building, fire, hospitality, electrical, plumbing, transport and occupancy requirements with qualified local professionals and authorities. Product availability does not represent local permit approval.
