　　生物脫硫工藝具有的脫硫效率、處理費用低、運行穩(wěn)定、自動化程度、少二次污染的優(yōu)勢。生物脫硫去除率可以達到99%以上，是一般雙堿濕法脫硫無法比的，又由于其以生物代謝功能處理脫硫，不需要像濕法脫硫那樣大量使用藥劑，所以脫硫的成本是一般濕法脫硫成本的1/3—1/5。

　　單元 --脫硫洗滌 ：堿性的生物洗滌液從洗滌塔頂部噴出，與從洗滌塔底部進入的含硫化合物（主要H2S）氣源逆流接觸，由于再生生物洗滌液中含有連多硫酸鹽類具有脫硫催化作用的物質(zhì)，所以可以效吸收H2S，并且脫除得非常干凈。在集成脫硫工藝中，洗滌塔變成洗滌模塊，可以任意疊加而達到需要的量和處理精度。

　　Unit - Desulfurization washing: Alkaline biological washing solution is sprayed out from the top of the washing tower and comes into countercurrent contact with the sulfur-containing compound (mainly H2S) gas source entering from the bottom of the washing tower.
